How is this different from Asana or Monday? ↓
Plottie is built for one job: keeping leadership and teams aligned on the plan without status meetings. Asana and Monday started as task trackers and grew outward from there — Plottie started from the roadmap and works down to the task. Different starting points, different shape of product. The tools are designed to coexist, and Plottie also runs entirely on EU infrastructure, which matters for regulated-industry buyers who can't put roadmap data on US-owned platforms.
What counts as an AI query? ↓
Any question you ask your roadmap in plain English — "what's at risk this quarter?", "what is Alice working on?", "summarise last month". Each question is one query. The 25 monthly queries on Team tier are shared across your whole organisation and reset on your billing date. Clarity and Control have unlimited queries.
What do you mean by organisational hierarchy? ↓
Plottie mirrors how real organisations work — Organisation → Division → Department → Team → Programme → Project. Each level has its own roadmap and rolls up into the one above. A CLO can see the entire L&D operation in one view. A team lead sees only their area. The AI layer works across the whole hierarchy — ask "what's the status of the digital transformation programme across all regions?" and get an answer that aggregates automatically. No spreadsheet, no status meeting.
Does the AI see my roadmap data? ↓
Yes, but only your tenant's data. When you ask a question, your server fetches your data and sends it to Mistral's EU infrastructure for processing. Mistral does not retain or train on API query content. On the Control plan, the AI model runs on your own dedicated server — nothing leaves your VPS.
Can I migrate from an existing tool? ↓
Yes. Plottie supports CSV import for tasks and projects. If you're on an older single-tenant Plottie instance, we provide a migration script that moves your projects, tasks, and notes into the new platform with historical audit trail preserved.
Do you support invoice billing for procurement? ↓
Yes, on the Control plan. We issue quarterly or annual invoices in EUR with a DPA included as standard. If your procurement process requires a vendor security questionnaire, get in touch before signing.
What happens to my data if I cancel? ↓
Your data is never deleted on downgrade — the product goes read-only so you can still see your roadmap. On cancellation, you have 30 days to export everything via CSV before removal. We don't hold data hostage.
